BJ "The Prodigy" Penn has twice fought for the UFC Lightweight Championship before - against Jens Pulver at UFC 35 and against Caol Uno at UFC 41. Both times, the gold has eluded him. Penn hopes the third time will be a charm. After a dominating submission victory over rival Jens Pulver at the TUF 5 Finale, Penn was guaranteed a shot at sean Sherk's title. But, Sherk was accused of taking anabolic agents afte his title defense at UFC 73 and the title was vacated. Now, the top two challengers - Penn and Stevenson - will battle for the belt.

And should he get through Penn, he will be recognized at the top 155-pound fighter in the world.
