Marco Antonio Barrera works his jab well and takes the first in a fast-paced start.

A determined Barrera takes the 2nd with a fast jab and lands a nice uppercut.

The third is a much closer round with Rocky Juarez picking up the pace, but Barrera still edges out the round.

Juarez wins his first round of the fight with combinations in the fourth.

Barrera closes Juarez' right eye with his constant jabs and lands a nice body shot as he takes the fifth.

Barrera puts another in the bank by mixing his attack nicely to the head and body. Juarez is posing too much and Barrera leads 5-1 after the half-way point at the end of the sixth.

The seventh is a very slow round by both and we call it even.

Barrera takes the eighth round off and basicall gives the round away, but little happens.

Juarez barely ekes out the ninth in a not-much round.

Barrera outboxes Rocky in the tenth and wins the round easily.

The eleventh is a repeat of the tenth, an easy Barrera round.

Barrera agains wins the the 12th and takes the fight on our card by a score of 119-112, a complete domination by Marco Antonio Barrera.

Barrera retains his WBC Super Featherweight Title and goes to 63-4 with 42 KO's. For Juarez, it's back to the drawing board, and he falls to a record of 26-3.
