Current world champion Hasim Rahman (41-5-1, 33 KOs) is eager to fortify his title after witnessing two scheduled defenses against Vitali Klitschko dissolve due to injury and retirement. Following his battle with Monte Barrett last August, "The Rock" looks to administer the same fight-stopping blows that have notched him 33 KOs in 47 previous fights. An 11-year veteran, the Baltimore native will have to use his height and reach advantage to keep an even older and more battle-tested warrior at bay.

James "Lights Out" Toney (69-4-2, 43 KOs) is a confident, hard-hitting slugger who brings to mind boxers of old. His deliberate style and heavy fists have made him a world champion 11 times over in several different weight classes. This native of Grand Rapids, Mich. has compiled a 15-fight win streak dating all the way back to June 1997.
